All products are available at the time of purchase unless you are pre-ordering new albums or merchandise, when the product will be made available as soon as possible after the time of purchase.

Payment

You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card or any other method accepted by PayPal. All payments are to be made through PayPal to our PayPal account.

Delivery

In normal circumstances we will aim to deliver to addresses in France or the UK within 7 days of order placement.  Deliveries to other countries may take longer.  Despatch will be by standard surface post, normally within 2 days of receipt of order and payment.  We can not accept  responsibility for unavoidable postal delays.

Returns - Faulty Products

We will refund or exchange faulty products, provided the fault is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

Faulty CDs should be returned in their original CD cases together with the cover and album notes.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit after being sent back to us. The return of goods is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery.

 

The customer is required to pay any return postage costs.
